When a user account is suspended, the Null bot will leave all Discord servers owned by that user to prevent further abuse of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, graphics, and the design) are owned by Dead Studios, its licensors, or providers.
You retain all rights to any content you create or configure within the Service. However, you grant Dead Studios a license to use, copy, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DEAD STUDIOS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL DEAD STUDIOS OR NULL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
